 Kathy Weaver has three drawings in Art Futura, an exhibit juried by Art Institute curator James Rondeau at Portals, Ltd. Gallery.  Gallery Night Award Party is Thursday May 20, 5:30 - 9:30PM.  The works in the show are from her recent drawing project at the Robotics Lab at The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.  742 N. Drawing Attention, an exhibit of work by the Tom Robinson Studio Drawing Group, opens on Friday, June 4.  The reception is 5-9 PM, and the show will be up through June 26th.  Jim MacRoberts and Fletcher Hayes will be exhibiting in the show with 10 other artist/drawing fiends from this ongoing Sunday life drawing workshop.

Congratulations to Sandra Holubow, Sandy Reibscheid and Maureen Warren, who were winners in the recent Chicago Society of Artists calendar competition held on May 16th.  The Prints and Drawings Calendar is administered by Catherine Cajandig and it is sold nationally and internationally.
