Calling all artists! The 2nd Annual Chicago Art Parade takes place in the West Loop on May 1st, starting at 2 PM. Organizers invite you to join in and "show your most radical freaked-out idea: a float, a group of costumed friends, a performance . . . amaze Chicago with your take on a parade."
