Mugs, Mugs, Mugs

For both a serious and an unbelievable silly purpose, the artists at the Artists' Breakfast Group make mugs to sell at their annual exhibit, usually named Caffeine The Roman Numeral; seriously, to defray the costs of the exhibit space rental and postcards, and silly us, it's unbelievably fun!
Here's some inventory held over from last year.

"Backyards," George C. Clark, artist

Backyards, a watercolor by GEORGE C. CLARK, will be on exhibit next Friday, August 24, at the 4th Fridays Art Event at Starline Gallery, 400 W. Front Street, Harvard, Illinois. The one-night event, which takes place from 6 to 9pm, features a juried art exhibition, a one-person show by a previous exhibition's prizewinner, a juried photography show, live music, and open studios hosted by many of the artists who have space in the Starline building. The Starline building is an old brick farm implement factory that has been renovated into an art complex. Harvard is located about 70 miles northwest of Chicago, a little beyond Woodstock. It is accessible by Metra commuter train, and the Metra station is only a couple of blocks from the Starline Gallery.
