Constance Vepstas' work in the Visual Response to the Oil Disaster show will be next exhibited 2nd Floor Connector Gallery in the Flying Monkey Art Center in Huntsville, Alabama.

Woman Made Gallery announces two exhibits opening Friday Sept. 10, 6-9PM:  
After Adelita: Myths, Heroes, and Revolutionaries, curated by Amy Galpin,  includes work by Carla Avila, Adriana Baltazar, Esperanza Gama, Maria Gaspar, Judithe Hernández, Patricia Peña, Jenny Priego, and Diana Solís. Adelita was a young woman, real or mythic, who fought in the Mexican Revolution 100 years ago, and continues to inspire artists today.
Seeing in a New Way is an exhibit of sculptures by Constance DeMuth Berg. Her work includes parts of antique furniture, old tools, wooden molds, and other found objects.
