I have reached the end of my patience with trolls and spammers in the comments on this blog; I tried dutifully to moderate so that those of you who were legitimately commenting would get theirs posted.
So, going forward, if you have comments direct them to me via email, I have retained comment privileges for myself, and will happily post with attribution.
