in collaborative works.

Shelley Gilchrist has a floor installation in the
"Collaborative Visions" exhibit at the Yates Gallery in the Chicago Cultural Center.
The opening reception is 6-8 PM Jan. 30, and the show runs until April 5th.
Her work, "Rita from the sky," was created in response to a poem by the New Mexico poet Jimmy Santiago Baca. Curator Beth Shadur, a Chicago artist, paired up more than sixty U.S. poets and visual (and sound) artists who collaborated to produce pieces that integrate imagery and text.

Eric Holubow has several pieces on display for the month of February at the
Black Walnut Gallery (220 N. Aberdeen) in West Loop's Fulton Market gallery district.
Please join him at the opening reception on Friday, February 6, from 6 PM - 9 PM.
Several of his photographs will be from recent trips to Detroit and Philadelphia this past fall.

GEORGE C. CLARK will have several large landscapes in the exhibition
"Places: From Arcadia to Urban Landscape" at
Murphy Hill Gallery, 3333 W. Arthington Street, Chicago 60624.
The gallery occupies the third floor of the historic former Sears Roebuck Administration Building on Chicago's West Side. Clark's contributions to this show which will be open from January 21 to February 28 include paintings both new and old.
