Paintings by Sandra Holubow chosen for the covers of two publications.

"Community by Day," a painting by Sandra Holubow, was chosen in a juried competition by Rush University Medical Center for the cover of their Discover Rush/Spring 2013 "Inspiration Issue." Holubow's winning entry will be printed in full color for the cover of their education/promotion mailer distributed nationally and internationally (usually to "current resident!")

"City Core," another painting by Sandra Holubow, was chosen by the Association for Jewish Studies for their full color book cover and page headers. Their meeting was held in Chicago for the first time, and Holubow's work was chosen for its "feeling of Chicago" rising up.

And if that wasn't enough Holubow news, Sandra wants you to check out the February issue of "Chicago Magazine," with the cover promo of Roger Ebert and "Chicago's Once Grand Movie Palaces." Inside, after Ebert's introduction, the article appears with text and photographs by Eric Holubow.
